Happy Quatro de Mayo!!

We celebrated Cinco de Mayo on Quatro de Mayo this year (the 4th of May) since it worked out better with everybody's schedules, and it was a blast! Dinner consisted of soft tacos and sopapillas complete with all the toppings. The weather worked out much better for us than it did the night before (my sister's birthday party). Wendy was so sweet to bring Oliver a 1/2 birthday present, as incidently, the 5th of May is his half-birthday. He was very excited about that! Then Kade and Ollie took turns hitting the pinata (the cutest pinata ever, by the way) until it busted open. I have just got to say that Kade is the most gracious cousin ever - he didn't want to hit the pinata very hard because he wanted Ollie to break it open, and then he wouldn't pick up very many prizes when it did bust open as he was saving them for Ollie. What a cutie - and we made sure he went home with some good stuff! Thanks to everyone for helping out with food and cooking and such!
